3D culture keratinocytes- recommendations? - (Jul/27/2008 )
Hey there,
I'm looking at setting up a 3D culture system for keratinocytes, I wondered if anyone here has worked with 3D cultures (and keratinocyte ones in particular). I've noticed recently that Invitrogen has got 3D culture system on sale and wondered if anyone has used a companies system or done it on your own.
Any suggestions or recommendations gratefully received so I can make an informed choice.

very special question; I know that there are labs which successfully work with in vitro epidermis; try to follow their original papers or may contact them directly; if you are new in that business they may not offer all their secrets

I was beginning to suspect that, having spent a day trolling round the internet and reading papers, I think I've got a general method that seems to be the basis of many 3D cultures from the literature, so I guess I go with that.
