pasteurization of egg to eliminate the bacteria? - (Jul/27/2008 )

I know two ways to get rid of bacteria in egg, heat pasteurization method and radiation pesteurization method. I want to know more about a heat pasteurization protocol including the temperature, duration and as much as detailed. Anyone can help me? Thanks. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

However this is not about pasteurization, but about uv inactivation , an alternitive for pasteurization.
