isolate bacteria LPS from human plasma - (Jul/20/2008 )
hi,
I am planning to use LPS from human plasma samples to trigger my cells in cell culture.
but then i need to kill the bacteria for not contaminating the flow hood.
is it advisable to kill the bac in human plasma samples by 60oC for 10 minutes
before putting onto my cultured cells?
Need help urgently.

hi,
is bacteria deactivation much easier than killing it?
if so, anyone can kindly advice on how to deactivate in a proper way without lysing the LPS on the bac?
