ELISA Results - (Jul/14/2008 )

Hi,

I am new to running ELISAs and we are trying to utilize this assay as QC potency assay for a monoclonal antibody. We are using Softmax Pro software to analyze our data. I am just trying to figure out which numbers do I want to use; raw OD values or adjusted result and from those if I have two dilutions that are within the standard curve, which one do I use as a result? I need the book ELISA for Dummies... has anyone written that one yet?

Maybe you should tell us more details about what you're doing...

With ELISA you can measure concentration based on color change of the solution...

Sometimes people measure the fluorescence of the secondary antibody...
