Plese help me, my dearest (urgent) - Job Interview (Jul/11/2008 )

Dear ALL,

Since I am going to have interview this weekend and that company is "stem cells " biotech company.
I have no experience in stem cell culture.

Would anyone can tell me about the procedures and precautions in culturing the stem cells?
Also I would like to know the important things which I need to pay attention.
