As I told u before,I have many problems in my lab I am thinking to send a non signed complaint or a fake email to the university dean.
should I do this or not and how?

Don't do this. He or she can only do one thing: trash it (or find out before who wrote it, if you're not cautious enough). Use the authorities the university has established for such problems.

But if you find it fun, like I sometime do, in doing devious things with grave risks in mind, go ahead full speed.

as everyone suggests, i wouldn't do it either. if we can't convince you otherwise and you want to do it by email make sure the computer you're using is public, otherwise they can easily detect you
go directly and talk to the dean IN PERSON. how many sentences are misunderstood by email or sms or chat? besides, you have the plus of the live drama

Can you sort it out with your PI?
If not talk to the department head... if things don't sort out then talk to the University Dean.
I don't think it is a good idea to talk to the University Dean and bypassing the Head of Department.

100% agree with hobglobin!!!! If I got an anonymous complaint I would just ignore it.
I have read about your problem, it is a really bad situation for you, but sadly enough similar situations are happening in lots of working groups
. so as I wrote before: is there nobody in charge for discrimination/mobbing or counseling at your institution? This person cannot refuse to meet you. And this person can talk to your lab mate/supervisor/head of department/dean or arrange a meeting where the problems can be sorted out and they cannot refuse to participate.
I don't know about your institution but around here you just write to one of the persons responsible an email and ask for an appointment and the email is CONFIDENTIALLY filed (which is good, as you have the proof that somebody knows that you wanted to sort out the problem). Then you get an appointment and if you like you can get a protocol of the meeting; but usually the first appointment is talking about your problem and discussing possibilities. What I want to tell you with this story is: don't be afraid to stand up to your problem, if it is as bad as you wrote in your posts you will get support. If not you should re-think your situation!
But whatever you decide to do: never ever do it anonymous! This makes you the strange guy and supports the viewpoint of your opponents (as you are doing things anonymous behind their backs, keep this in mind)!
