Does anyone know of any peptide sequences that specifically target lipid rafts or raft proteins?

I know about lipid rafts, that's the main focus of my research... Also, i'm familiar with protein known to be associated with rafts...

But I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. What exactly do you mean by a "peptide sequence that targets lipid rafts."?

I think MWood means are there particular signal sequences that target proteins to lipid rafts like signals on proteins that send it to the endoplasmic reticulum or golgi apparatus or to be excreted from the cell

It may not be a peptide sequence. I know some lipid modified proteins go to rafts as well.
