RBL-2H3 - cryopreservation (Jul/05/2008 )
Hey all,
we work with the RBL-2H3 mast cell line.. we are having trouble reviving teh cryo-preserved stockas of the same. we use 5% DMSO in 95% RPMI-1640 medium for teh cruo- medium. and teh cells are cultured in RPMI-1640 medium.
IF any one ahs any suggestion, would be glad for the help.
