Can any one suggest me a "good" method of Soil DNA extraction,
also please suggest from where i can get more information on this topic.

There are "good" methods for every problem, but they may vary considerably from problem to problem...sometimes its kits, sometimes home-made protocols....maybe you can tell us more about your soil-DNA problem?
