how to perform? DAPI in PBS? which concentration of DAPI is good? how long do you incubate with DAPI?I use DAPI from Sigma (not sure about the stock concentration, see: http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/search...il/FLUKA/32670) working concentration is 10 ul stock per ml PBS, 30 minute incubation time.
