Hi everyone I am very new on cell culture and I am preparing my self to start culturing Hep G2 so could you please tell me what is the suaitable growth medium for this cell line, if it is possible in details. How long, usually, it tkaes to grow?
if I want to study the effect of some drugs on Hep G2 what is the suitable protocol for this?
