Propagation of breast cancer cell lines in serum free media? - (May/27/2008 )
Hello everybody
I am initiating establishment of breast cancer cell lines like T47D and MDAMB231 in serum free media. Please can anybody suggest the composition of any serum free media for the same, or the growth factors and other supplements needed for the same? Is there any commercially available serun free media which can be used for these cell lines?
Kindly suggest as this is pretty urgent..
