hGH ELISA - (May/23/2008 )

Dear All,
I am about to develop an ELISA for determining hGH. Can anybody suggest a protocol for the same as I don't want to use the commercially available kit for the same. Also, suggest the antibody source/supplier for the same along with the protein standard used.

Get the protocol from the commercial kit. Contact suppliers such as Meridian, Fitzgerald, Bethyl, Scripps for your abs, ags, and conjugates. coat your plates, titer your abs, conjs, etc.
