Need your suggestion about hybridization solution - The chemical reagants that contained in hybridization solution (May/13/2008 )

I would like to know the principle of hybridization solution. Is it different between radiactive and chemiluminescence detection system? If I use chemiluminescence as a detection system, can I apply the the reagent from radiactive detection in my system?

Sorry for not clear message. The probe that I will hybridize on the target DNA is biotin-labelled cRNA. Then I will detect the signal using Phototope-Star Detection Kit from NEB, that is the chemiluminescence detection system. But I just wonder about the hybridization solution. I would like to prepare it by myself using the reagent from other publications. Unfortunately, I found only the formulars that used in radioactive system. So is it OK if I use these formulars for chemiluminescence detection system? Are there any reagent that critical for radioactive system that connoy be used in chemiluminescence system? Thank you for your help .

Sorry I can't be of any help - I have never used chemiluminescence for microarrays.
