How to store mycobacteria in freezer - (May/13/2008 )

Hi, I have cultured some BCG-OVA, and now I wanna store some stock in -70 freezer. I wannt to know what medium should I used for frozen stock of MCG-OVA. some people may add 10-20% glycerol in the liquid medium directly for bacterial storage. I am not sure if I can use this protocol for Mycobactria.
Thanks.

Thank you very much. I have already found this, however, they use a kind of storage medium which I don't know its components.
