Toxic effects of 5-dAZA - (Apr/30/2008 )

Hi all,

I was wondering whether anyone knows of a list of genes whose transcription is upregulated following 5-dAZA, not because of demethylation but because of a stress response or toxicity?

I don't think there is a list of such genes. You have to find out by reading the literature.
