Can anyone briefly explain to me the steps for microsomal membrane isolation?
It will also be great if someone can suggest a good paper using this technique. Thanks.

We've been using the protocol in this paper. Pretty simple, the only difficult part is the last step when you resuspend the pellet - you have to pipette up and down very careful for a long time.
