Nucleosomal repositioning assays - (Apr/23/2008 )

Hi,
I am going to be working with chromatin remodeling complexes and how they affect nucleosomal repositioning on a particular target gene.
Can anyone help me with a detailed protocol as well as let me know how I go about restriction mapping the stretch of the particular gene under consideration?
