most organs, or let´s say tissues have model cells to study in vitro; you may start with primary cell culture; oncogenic cell lines are often used cells as they are, in most cases, easy to handle and immortal

you may offer the organs/tissues/cells you really want to analyze, so that we can open discussion in more detail; I regret that I cannot recommend for blood cells; the only one I use are Jurkat cells (T-cells)

thank you so much for ur help
my problem is that i study the effect of some drugs on the mutation of some genes within rat genome. but i study this effects in vivo. and get the DNA from blood lymphocytes.
now i want to study those effects in vitro.
so what could i do now??
doing culture for lymphocytes??
then what????

best regards.
