ABCG2 expression and MCF7 - (Mar/31/2008 )

I am using MCF7 cell line as a positive control for ABCG2 expression but not able to get any shift although it is considered as a positive control for ABCG2 expression.....wt could be the reason???? I am not taking side population for this expression/??? can it make a difference????
