Hi,

I used to work at Roche and I know what they have is good.....but I would suggest R&D systems....they have TUNEL kits for different applications. depends which method is suitable for you....colorimetric assays, Light Microscope-, Fluorescence/Flow Cytometry-, and Microplate Reader-based assays.

do you want to do quantification?

Yes I would like to do quantification

I am looking into Chamber slides to grow the cells on and also do the TUNEL

I don't easily have access to flow cytometry but I do have a fluorescent scope nearby

Thanks!
