hai , i am new to this forum , any one have been doing on apoptosis assay?
i am looking for one apoptosis assay but very hard to choose since there are many brand in the market. really appreciate ur help , thanks

it is recommended to use 2 or 3 different apoptosis assays; nice are ELISAis f.i. against mon- and oligonucleotides (Roche, Cell death detection assay) or for caspase activity, annexin-V labeled with GFP and propidium iodide (for FACS or fluorescence microscopy),
