Gravity flow gel filtration chromatography - (Feb/15/2008 )

Hi, I was wondering whether anyone knew of a good company to purchase gravity flow gel filtration chromatography columns from. The beads I use are Sephadex G-50. Much appreciated.

Look at the columns from GE Healthcare (previously Amersham, previously Pharmacia) and Biorad. You could also pack your own with empty columns and a little care.

for less expensive columns we use bio-rad econo-columns.
