Stem Cell Culture Medium - Stem Cell Culture (Feb/08/2008 )

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to prepare Long Term Stem Cell Culture Medium?
The Medium I need to prepare is called MyeloCult for Human stem cell long term culture.
It is very expensive, so I got the ingredients,
Horse Serum
Fetal Bovine Serum
i-Inositol
Folic Acid
2-Mercaptoethanol
L-glutamine
MEM Alpha
I know the concentrations of the Folic Acid, and the i-Inositol, but don't have any idea about the rest.
We also have RPMI culture medium available at the lab.
Thanks in advance.

(10-4 M) in alpha MEM supplemented with L-glutamine (2 mM), I-inositol (0.16 mM) and folic acid
(16 μM). These components have been pretested and selected for their ability to optimally initiate and
maintain myelopoiesis in long-term cultures of human bone marrow.1-5
Half-media changes at weekly intervals should sustain myelopoiesis for at least 5 - 8 weeks.
