Can some body tell me how to look for post doc. I am going on conference and what should be the strategy to talk with some body who is not of your own field.
I want to work on some other researh area is it possible. Does some body can give me some advice in this how to approach to some professor for post doc position.

some professors advertise their positions at the end of their conference or short talk. the best is to approach them personally during breaks and talk about how you could put together your interests and theirs. good luck. important: don't forget to ask about the funding!
