bc cell differentiation - T47ds (Feb/02/2008 )

do these cells differentiate in dias?
what are the best bc cells to use? i was thinking of mcf-7s and maybe another...t47d? anyhelp and i'll be over teh moon.

T47Ds aren't good for differentiation. better use ZR-75-1s and MCF-7s (you're after ER+ cell lines??).
There are a few paper's out there in pub med land which go into detail on it. If you have problems getting them, I'll forward them on to you.
