I am a new member of this forum. I need some helps from you all.

I want to find any papers or documents about "Problems associated with isolation and characterization of plant mRNA"

Please help me to find it. If possible, please give me some your ideas to solve this problem.

For plants specifically think about what RNA (and DNA) mostly are made up of chemically as well as what plants have around and/or in their cells that could cause problems for extractions (hint: what do plants make from CO2 and H2O).
