do you mean reversible or irreversible?
in the case of reversibility, I would try testosteron (testosteronundecanoate, or synthetic such as MENT); giving gestagens enhances the effect; it should result in azoospermy

I hope to inactivate endogenous spermatogenesis(either reversible or irreversible) and only the modified SSC can function normally.
