Do you mean inoculating tumor cells?

First, you can find some nice protocols here http://www.protocol-online.org/prot/Animal...t_Tumor_Models/

For the injection part, it is pretty easy. The injection should be at the lower flank of the mouse (roughly the position where the kidney is located, don't inject over the muscle of the hinder legs.), wipe the area with 70% alcohol swaps, hold the mouse in on hand, and the syringe in another. Push the needle
into the skin at a angle almost parallel to the skin and the needle should reach into subcutis (not intradermis). To test whether the needle is subcutaneous, the needle should movable freely. Now start injection and you will see the skin start to bulge. If you see the skin turn into orange like while you are injecting, it means the needle is in the dermis.

Hope that helps.

i am planning to implant a construct of fibrin gel and co-culture of chondrocytes and synovial cells ..in order to check the histologyical changes that might occur.

do you also know about ceramic cubes to be used in this kind of procedure??
