How to prepare RNase-free DNase ? - (Jan/22/2008 )

Hello !
I'm a master's student and I need RNase-free DNase for my experiments. I know I can order that from some companies, but I'd like to know if it's possible to prepare it myself ?
So, if you know some protocols, I'd be very grateful to you !

i recommend that you purchase it. it is always better (and faster) to not reinvent the wheel.
