Look for a bio-software---LalnView - Give me the download website software (Jul/13/2004 )

¡¡¡¡LalnView is a graphical program for visualizing local alignments between two sequences. It is also able to display sequence features such as active site, domain, motif, propeptide, exon, intron, promoter, etc. along with the alignment.
¡¡¡¡There is no version for windows to download in the web(http://pbil.univ-lyon1.fr/software/lalnview.html),but my system is the windows 2000 system .
Can any body help me look for a download address for the windows version of the software ?
