You can quote directly from another work if you only copy a sentence or two and clearly put it in quotation marks followed by the reference. I do this quite a lot when the original author has said something so well I don't want to re-word it.

Are you translating the review sentence by sentence for the whole paragraph or even the whole review?

If yes, I think it is plagiarism.

If only a few sentences for a few paragraphs, it is OK.
