electroporation of Sf9 cells - BTX ECM 830 apparatus (Nov/26/2007 )

Hi,

Has anyone performed electroporation of insect cell lines / Sf9? I have a BTX ECM830 model. If yes, can you please send me the relevent protocol? I was using FuGENE all these days without any problems... Now I don't have access to Roche products. How are Qiagen and Ambion transfection reagents? Any experiences with insect cell lines?

P.S. I have to transfect both plasmid DNA and long dsRNA

I used celfectin with after 48hrs 70%of transfection!try it!
