ESME software - Direct sequencing (Nov/23/2007 )

Hi,

We have success analysing traces from direct sequencing with the free version of ESME, but unfortunately it doesn't allow you to change the reference sequence (only comes with the HEP amplicon id's as reference). Does anyone know how to get the full version? I've looked on Epigenomics homepage, but can't find any information on how to get it.
Has anyone tried this software?

You can buy the full version. It costs about 2000€. It works great! Just send an email to the guys at epigenomics.
