help!pearl necklace like structure in CHO cell? - pearl necklace like structure in CHO cell? (Nov/15/2007 )

Hi, I was doing a routine check the cell penetrating ability of CHO cells and I saw this long structure ~5-10 microns in length, 1 micron in thickness, that was chain like ( or pearl-necklace-like)- I didn't see a lot of this.. maybe just 1 or 2 of these in the plate. They looks like they could be membrane bound structure that's somehow also attached to cell... any ideas what this may be? I'd attached a snap shot of the structure observed.
