how to adjust the PH value of aminocaproic acid solution - (Nov/09/2007 )

i want to perform blue-native gel electrophoresis to seperate mitochondrion F0-F1ATPase complex, which need the 1M aminocaproic acid PH7.0, i wonder how to adjust this solution PH value to 7, does HCL can be used to adjust PH of aminocaporic acid solution ,or another agent should be used? any suggestion shoud be appreciated,thanks ,Bob.

since it is an acid you will probably need to use a base to adjust the pH to 7. naoh or koh should be fine.
