please help: how to isolate nuclear protein from tissue samples - (Oct/01/2007 )
Dear All,
Does anyone have the experience of isolating nuclear protein from tissue samples? We have the protocol for cultured cells, I am wondering whether that might work if I mince the tissues into very small pecies.
Welcome any suggestions and protocols!
Thanks a lot in advance!

mincing is good, then try ultrathurax subsequently followed by loose-fit pottering/homogeneization to save nuclei intact; spin down the nuclei and wash;
