What is the theory behind of reverse-crosslinked with high NaCl 65C? - (Sep/19/2007 )
May I know what is the reason to use 200nM NaCl at 65C for O/N to reverse crosslinked the proteins from the DNA?
Not sure what did you mean by high NaCl. 200 nM will be very low concentration. Do you have a source for this methodology?
