Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a book about the methods and techniques in virology. Can you recommend me a favourite one that a person working with viruses should have.

There are some good books about virology, but for protocols and techniques, I prefer to look in paper, suppliers pages, etc. For example the “AdEasy adenoviral vector manual” from stratagen give you good protocols for tranformation, cell culture, transfection, infection assays, etc, no mater you work with other viral systems.
