How to find introns and exons? - (Sep/17/2007 )

how can i find the introns and exons sequences of interested genes (Accession number: AF027172). And how to find conserved sequence between two known genomes?

Your sequence is a coding sequence, so there's no introns in this sequence. However, if you want to see where the different exons are, you can follow this procedure: in the NCBI website, search for the sequence you provide, then click in the right column on Links - Gene. Here you can find a schematic overview of the exons. If you want a numerical positioning of the exons, click on the NC_003075.3 link in the figure and select GenBank. In the description, you see join ..., these are the different exons...
