Experiment with KATO III cells - (Sep/12/2007 )

Hi everybody,
I want to do an experiment with KATO-III cells, but the cells are both in suspension and attached (loosely) in the same culture. What is the best way to seed the cells and stimulate? I need the supernatant for my experiments.
I myself was thinking of Poly-L-lysin coated plates (maybe the cells in suspension will attach), but I can nowhere find a reference with KATO-III cells involved.

Who did this with KATO-cells?

Thanks in advance.

KATOIII are known to be cultured attached, suspended or mixed; poly-lysine may help to increase adherence but uncoated plating should do; KATOIII need high complementation with 20% FCS; trypsination is short with 5 -10 min
