I'm going to extract DNA from whole blood and only leukocytes (both of them10 cc). do u think they'll be different in quantity?

normally i would say both should be relative equivalent. It depends on the leucocyte solution. You may have more or less cell concentraion as in bllod. See your cell pellets for having clues on that point.
