induction of oxidative stress in mouse throgh ip route- a positive control - (Aug/21/2007 )
Hi
I am stuck to the problem of positive control of oxidative stress in mouse.
I want know that for in vivo experiments what can be taken as positive control?
I some where read that hydrogen peroxide is a good OS generator....but i cant find the dose & duration of its treatment. I give ip treatment in mouse, so it would be better if get a substance which causes oxidative stress through ip route...

You can use Cd, hemin.. as positive control
