Hello,

I guess it depends on which level you are. I´m no expert, but "introduction to population genetics" by Haliburton is a really good introduction to linkage and linkage disequilibrium. It´s written in a clear and informative way. There is a chapter about QTL mapping, but doesn´t give a thorough coverage of the theme.

Cheers!
