How to keep our health? - We are scienctist,.. we need scientific Experience for our health (Aug/17/2007 )

Hi all
I sometime feel, We are scientist, we spending time, energy, etc... trying to find the new drug, new way to cure people from cancer, ...etc
But, many of us...live and work with non-scientific way: drink alot cafein, non-regular diet (late eating, eat too ppor meal..), sleep least than 5h/day (even work over day and night), ...while, we are working in the lab, contact with many toxic chemical, radian, ...expose to so many risk of cancer, health proplems...

So, my final question is: How do you keep your health in your case? Do you have any recommended food/ drink to prevent toxic effect?

Please share your experience. hu hu, I need to take care myself!

When all these things are there, may be 'love will keep us alive' (Eagles et al)

. .. . and my projecting belly says, 'BungB, yo r ganna dye sun'

But, you can keep yourself at peace as much at possible and keep yourself hydrated (with drinking water not milliQ) and for that U have to drink water.

Stay healthy, filthy, and happy

PS - hope coke/pepsi do not find this thread to suggest their product. Any food/drink manufacturer who wants their product suggested here can directly contact me with good financial offer. Looking forward to it.

I work with something invole in chemistry, biofactor...And my friend (he also is PhD in bioscience) suggest me to drink milk everyday. He said, it helps me to remove certain heavy metal toxic. And...I try to drink atleast 300 ml/day rolleyes.gif (skim milk only, cause i am kind of lacto resister).
And also, people told me, if i work with organic substrate, please drink green tea...so, I do. everyday, at least 1 cup of green tea... rolleyes.gif

Funny, right? but it is what i try to do accompany with working in the Lab, Cos I found some situations, people contributed alot for science, and when they graduated, they got some bad status with their health ... sad.gif

That is the reason I want to gather your experience...

Which food/drink/activity can help you guy prevent (even not totally) from toxic risk?

1, If you work with organic toxics
2, heavy metal, inorganic toxics
3, radian
4, Computer work
...

Is there any food for that purpose? tell me...
