Picture of the rat phrenic nerve - diaphragm preparation - (Aug/08/2007 )

Hello,
I am preparing a physiology practical manual and would like to use a picture or diagrammatic representation of a phrenic nerve-diaphragm preparation attached to a nerve stimulator. I have searched through several search engines for such a picture but so far without succes. Does anybody possess such a picture or know where I might be able to find one? Obviously, permission will be sought before using such a picture.
Thanks

You mean something like this? http://spider.science.strath.ac.uk/sipbs/s...are_sims_twitch

I guess U can make a better diagram yourself.

Yes, I saw that diagram and have downloaded the program but am unable to capture the image. I had also considered drawing my own image but don't really have much time to make one, particularly if there's a ready made figure already out there. Thanks though.

If that's the figure you want then it will hardly take 5 mins to sketch that for you. If you think of capturing the image and putting in your manual, like U said, U need to get the permission from them and at the same time you can ask them to send a graphic file with the image.

Or you can hire someone from somewhere with good pay to make that image for you wink.gif . . lol. Anyone here wants to volunteer?

If I can't find another more suitable figure then it will have to do. I know the guy at Strathclyde that designed the twitch program so it shouldn't be a problem seeking the relevant permissions to use it.
Thanks again
