i need help that if anyone can help me and explain how can i retrieve data from
Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)

you can first find the dataset (GSE number) you want, go to that dataset, for example GSE3 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE3, go to the bottom of that page, you will see Download family or Supplementary data files for downloading.
you can also FTP to NCBI's FTP server, all available GEO datasets can be found there.
