Microarray with genomic DNA and cDNA at the same time - (Jun/20/2007 )

Hi!!

I am thinking on performing a microarray using labelled fragmented genomic DNA versus labelled cDNA (that will be hybridized against an oligonucleotide array)

Does anyone know if this technique has a name?? Does it exist?

I need to know if the conditions for a cDNA microarray would be the same as for the gDNA array, so there would be no problems in using both together...
