TO determine cell signaling pathway about interested protein,

we are going to treat siRNA or inhibitor of that. which do you think better method siRNA or inhibitor??

It's hard to say without knowing what protein you are trying to inhibit. If there is a commercially available inhibitor specific for your protein only, then I'd say that would be easiest. siRNA is always tougher in my opinion, especially if you haven't done it before.

siRNA at best would knockdown 90-95%, so there is still some doubts. But if there is a specific inhibitor, then that might be better. make sure the inhibitor doesnot activate or inhibit some other protein, which is possible as with many of the pharmacological drugs.
