RNA in HeLa cell - amount of RNA in a HeLa cell (Jun/08/2007 )

Hey all,
Could anyone tell me the approximate percetage or amount of RNA in HeLa cell? I need around 50ugm for microarray experiment.Thanks a lot!

Hello,
From a T75 flask of subconfluent HeLa cells, I extracted about: 3ug/ul. I used the TRI Reagent.

I should also add that the total volume was 30ul (3ug/ul). I should think that this would be enough for an array experiment.
